A great wine made with the appassimento process. Over-ripe grapes wither, losing moisture to guarantee a natural concentration of aromas. The resulting wine is full bodied, softly tannic and with an explosion of flavours such as ripe cherries and notes of plum and wild berry jam. A touch of vanilla and hints of spice, together with a natural sweetness complete the experience.
When you taste this wine, you will surely appreciate all of the passion we put into making it.
We only bottle carefully selected, sun-dried grapes, from the warm, hilly and flourishing wine-growing region of Puglia. After drying, the grapes lose weight, increasing their concentration of aromas. The soil and climate help to grow vines with healthy, fragrant fruits.
